A Cabarete native, Yanibel has lived in Cabarete her whole life. Both Yanibel and her sister, Yaniris were involved in Mariposa programs at a young age and Yanibel was the first in her family to learn how to read. Yanibel rejoined the Mariposa/Cabarete Coffee Company community in November of 2022 and in her role, is responsible for ensuring all facilities and tableware are clean and assisting in the preparation and production of food. Yanibel attributes her ability to maneuver in a kitchen to her mother who taught her these lifelong skills growing up. She loves everything about her job and is grateful to be a part of such a hardworking, kind group of colleagues. A mother to two, Yanibel spends the majority of her time outside of work with them and loves listening to music. Yanibel is extremely humble, willing, and an absolute pleasure to work with in the kitchen.
