Kevin Clunis

Kevin brings more than 27 years of legal experience as a corporate generalist, litigator and international business counsel. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Legal at Ross Stores, Inc. Based in NYC, he leads a team of senior attorneys and compliance professionals across the US. Prior to joining Ross, Kevin served in various senior roles at Colgate-Palmolive, American Airlines, City of Chicago and the Cook County of Illinois State’s Attorney’s Office. Throughout his career, Kevin has counseled corporate clients on a variety of issues including contractual disputes, products, liability, insurance coverage, marketing and advertising, labor and employment, intellectual property, class actions and government relations.

A law school graduate of Washington and Lee University, Kevin is admitted to practice law in New York, Illinois and Texas, bringing a wealth of legal and business knowledge and experience to his role at Mariposa. As a part-time resident of Cabarete and dedicated husband to his wife and father to two teenage daughters, Kevin is passionate about Mariposa’s mission and remains committed to helping the organization grow.
